Broaddus & Associates served as Project Manager for Guadalupe Hall, a 101,351-SF, 372-bed freshman residence hall at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Designed as an integrated living and learning community, the facility includes double-occupancy rooms, study lounges, academic resource center, community lounges and kitchens, laundry rooms, multipurpose and seminar spaces, group study areas, and a coffee shop.

Developed as part of UTSA’s Campus Master Plan and the UT System’s Capital Improvement Program, the $43.6 million project supports the University’s growing student population and focus on student success. The facility opened for the fall 2021 semester, increasing the number of students living on campus to 4,508.
