Broaddus & Associates provided consulting services for the 1885 El Paseo Housing complex at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, supporting the University’s need for additional student housing. Located on a six-acre site near the Texas Medical Center, the contemporary 250,000-SF, four-story residential community includes 306 one- and two-bedroom apartments and a central four-story parking garage.

The complex provides residents with amenities including a commons room, swimming pool, maintenance services, and convenient access to campus resources and transportation. The housing community serves students, faculty, and staff from UTHSC and other nearby institutions.
