The Infrastructure Division of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) hired Broaddus & Associates to provide consulting services on the program management of the agency’s 2008-2009 Capital Repair Program.

The Infrastructure Division of TPWD administers and manages the Department’s Capital Program for facility repairs and development. The Infrastructure Division organizes the State into three geographic regions: Region I, II, and III.

Broaddus & Associates’ scope of work includes pre-project planning consultation on pre-solicitation notices, architectural design service and construction procurement, project packaging strategies, requests for qualifications and requests for proposal document review.
