Broaddus & Associates is providing project management staff augmentation services to Texas Christian University’s Facilities & Campus Planning Department in support of its ongoing capital improvement program, including six new student housing residence halls.

The program includes Greek Village Phase 6, consisting of four three-story buildings with resident rooms, Hall Director apartments, lounges, and meeting spaces for multiple Greek chapters. It also includes two Worth Hills Residence Halls providing suite-style sophomore housing with common areas, study rooms, and outdoor spaces designed to promote student engagement.
