Broaddus & Associates is providing Project Management Staff Augmentation Services for Texas Christian University (TCU) in Fort Worth, TX. Embedded within the University’s Facilities & Campus Planning Department, our team supports the ongoing capital improvement program, including the expansion of Amon G. Carter Stadium. The east-side addition includes 25 private luxury suites, 96 loge boxes with access to a private lounge, and 1,000 to 1,500 club seats supported by a new club lounge and banquet room accommodating approximately 650 occupants.

Broaddus & Associates is also completing a new football practice facility featuring a sand-based field similar to the surface at Amon G. Carter Stadium, along with a new subsurface drainage system. Together, these projects enhance TCU’s athletic facilities and support the University’s long-term campus improvement goals.
