Broaddus & Associates is providing Project Management Staff Augmentation Services for Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, TX. Our professional staff is embedded with the University’s Facilities & Campus Planning Department assisting with the delivery of its ongoing capital improvement program, which includes the expansion of Amon G. Carter Stadium.

The project involves an addition on the stadium’s east side with 25 private luxury suites and 96 loge boxes with access to a private lounge. The project also adds 1,000 to 1,500 club seats with access to a new club lounge with banquet room capacity to serve approximately 650 occupants.

In addition, Broaddus & Associates is completing a new football practice facility. The field surface will be a “sand field” similar to the AGC Stadium and includes a new subsurface drainage system.
