Broaddus & Associates served as Program Manager for Tarrant County’s $27 million expansion and renovation of the Medical Examiner’s Office in Fort Worth. The 61,095-SF facility provides state-of-the-art forensic, morgue/autopsy, laboratory, evidence, administration, and support spaces serving four counties with a combined population of more than 2 million. The project included two fully finished floors, a third level shelled for future expansion, ADA upgrades, lobby improvements, and expanded MEP systems.

Working on a challenging, restricted site, Broaddus & Associates managed the project to address the County’s growing needs while maintaining functionality and future flexibility. The team also oversaw sustainability requirements, resulting in the facility achieving LEED Gold Certification.
