Broaddus Planning provided site master planning and facility programming for the proposed expansion of Tarleton State University’s football and track stadium in Stephenville, Texas. The team evaluated space requirements, site planning, building organization, systems, materials, and cost considerations to guide future design and construction.

The resulting phased master plan provided a path to expand the stadium from 7,500 to 15,000 seats with a modern press box, enhanced student-athlete facilities, guest suites, varied seating, expanded concessions, and improved landscaping. Cost-effective solutions were identified to align the improvements with the university’s limited project budget.
