DATA CENTERS

Serverfarm | Houston Facilities Upgrade and New Greenfield Data Center

Broaddus & Associates is serving as project manager for Serverfarm’s new hyperscale data center project in Houston, TX. The project scope includes retrofitting and upgrading an existing 350,000 SF facility and expanding the on-site substation – boosting the facility’s power capacity to 410 MW. Also, an auxiliary building on the site is being demolished to support the construction of a new 500,000 SF building.

With a total project value exceeding $1 billion across all phases, this project positions Serverfarm to meet growing demand for hyperscale data centers and high-capacity data infrastructure in the strategic Houston market. The project supports digital growth for leading tech firms, the region’s development, and Serverfarm’s mission of providing sustainable, scalable data center solutions as a leader in DCMaaS (Data Center Management as a Service).
