Broaddus & Associates served as Project Manager for Sam Houston State University’s new South Residential Complex in Huntsville, TX. The 233,320-SF, 700-bed residence hall provides a comprehensive living and learning environment for students.

The facility includes single- and double-occupancy rooms, a community learning center and lounge, faculty-in-residence apartment, laundry and recreation areas, multipurpose rooms, community kitchens, study rooms, and outdoor spaces designed to support student engagement and campus life.
