Roma ISD is a public-school district based in Rio Grande City, TX, that currently serves more than 6,000 students. In 2015, local voters approved a $25M bond package for the repair, renovation, and construction of district facilities. This included the construction of a new school building to replace Y. B. Escobar Elementary School.

Broaddus & Associates was retained to provide Construction Program Management Services for the new elementary school, which consisted of classrooms, computer labs, science labs, a library, kitchen/café, gymnasium, and administrative offices.
