In 2015, Pearl Public School District selected Broaddus & Associates as Program Manager for its bond program, helping establish district needs and program requirements that supported voter approval of a $24 million bond by 83%. The program includes a new 86,000-SF fourth- and fifth-grade school with science and computer labs, gymnasium, and cafeteria, along with elementary additions and improvements to Pearl High School.

Broaddus & Associates provides comprehensive program management, including preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, design and constructability reviews, contract negotiations, cost control, change management, progress reporting, and project closeout. The team works closely with the District, designers, and contractors to protect the budget and ensure program goals are achieved.
