Broaddus & Associates provided project management services for Methodist Healthcare Ministries’ $12 million Wesley Health and Wellness Center in South San Antonio. The 50,000-GSF facility replaced an existing building and includes a community center, health and dental clinic, gymnasium, and administrative offices, expanding access to healthcare for underserved residents.

Broaddus used value engineering to identify $900,000 in savings, allowing the project to expand its scope while returning remaining funds to the owner for furniture and equipment. Using a Design-Build approach, the project was completed in 17 months while maintaining operations in the existing facility. Broaddus also managed zoning requirements, phased construction, and community outreach to minimize neighborhood disruption.
