Broaddus & Associates served as Project Manager for major renovations and additions to Georgetown High School following Georgetown ISD’s $137 million bond program. The project renovated approximately 65% of the 35-year-old campus, including classrooms, gymnasium, band hall, dressing rooms, and athletic training facilities. New construction included a main entrance, administration offices, library, kitchen, and cafeteria.

Broaddus & Associates monitored the budget and schedule, performed constructability reviews, and provided overall quality oversight. The team also encouraged appropriate project contingencies and coordinated construction to maintain access to occupied areas and minimize disruptions to ongoing school operations.
