Austin III Data Center includes 172,000 SF of shell space, 120,000 SF of co-located space, up to 18 MW of power, and more than 25,000 SF of Class A office space. To increase capacity, CyrusOne added nine PDUs, nine STSs, an emergency generator, and two additional chillers.

Broaddus & Associates provided project management during construction administration, including schedule and document reviews, constructability and contract management, on-site coordination, change proposal and pay application reviews, and workflow coordination between the contractor and CyrusOne’s facilities team.
