Broaddus & Associates and Elements of Architecture were selected to provide programming and project management services for the expansion of the Fort Worth Convention Center. Phase 1 includes a 35,000-SF kitchen and support space, removal of the annex and loading docks, and realignment of Commerce Street. Phase 2 includes removal of the existing arena, construction of new exhibit space, meeting rooms, and an iconic north end designed to complement the historic courthouse.

The Broaddus & Associates team meets weekly with City staff and executive stakeholders to monitor the budget, schedule, program/design, and procurement. The team also coordinated the relocation of city and franchise utilities, including water, sanitary and storm systems, gas, electrical, and telecommunications, and oversaw the realignment of approximately 1,200 feet of Commerce Street.
