Broaddus & Associates served as owner’s representative to the City of Conroe for the development of a $92M hotel and convention center within the Grand Central Park mixed-use development north of Houston. The 381,323-SF complex includes a 250-room full-service hotel, a five-level parking garage with 484 spaces, and 90 surface parking spaces.

The 43,000-SF convention center features a 15,000-SF main ballroom, an 8,000-SF junior ballroom, pre-function areas, and multiple breakout rooms designed to accommodate meetings and events of varying sizes.
