Broaddus & Associates served as the owner’s representative for the development of a $71M full-service convention center hotel in downtown Abilene, TX. The project was established through a public-private partnership between the City of Abilene, Abilene Convention Center Hotel Development Corporation, and Garfield Public/Private, LLC.

The hotel includes 200 guest rooms, a 12,000-SF ballroom, 38,700 SF of public meeting space, restaurants, a second-story pool and patio bar, and parking. The project expands Abilene’s downtown hospitality and event capabilities while supporting the City’s long-term economic development goals.
