Brazos County selected Broaddus & Associates to provide project management services for a partially ARPA-funded Medical Examiner’s Office (MEO) on an 11-acre greenfield site in Bryan, TX. The project provides pathology, autopsy, and tissue recovery capabilities to meet growing regional demand, along with pathology training spaces supporting Texas A&M University partnerships, county training and collaboration areas, enhanced IT infrastructure, and space for future facilities. It was also the county’s first project to utilize BIM technology.

Broaddus & Associates supported the county’s first Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project delivery, while assisting with contract updates and implementation of comprehensive third-party commissioning services.
