Broaddus & Associates served as the owner’s representative for the construction of this new $71M hotel and conference center in Abilene, TX. During fall 2019, the City of Abilene entered into a master development agreement with the Abilene Convention Center Hotel Development Corporation and Garfield Public/Private, LLC for the design and construction of a full-service, convention center hotel in downtown Abilene. The hotel includes 200 rooms, a 12,000-SF ballroom, restaurants, second-story pool and patio bar, parking, and 38,700 SF of
public meeting space.
