Broaddus & Associates served as Project Manager for the 65,000-SF Jacques Dujarié Residence Hall at St. Edward’s University in Austin, TX. The three-building complex provides housing for 196 students and was designed to complement the university’s historic campus architecture as part of a broader residential expansion program.

When poor weather threatened the project schedule, Broaddus & Associates led a scheduling workshop with the contractor to re-sequence work, enabling completion ahead of the original deadline. The team provided oversight from design and bidding through construction and inspection, ensuring the project met campus aesthetic standards, minimized disruption to university operations, remained within budget, and was ready for the fall semester.
