Broaddus & Associates provided program management services for Cook Children’s Health Care System’s new 309,000 SF West Garage on its Medical District campus in Fort Worth. The five-story parking structure accommodates 504 vehicles for patients, physicians, and visitors and includes a basement level housing a new data center and loading dock to support the hospital’s broader campus expansion.

The garage was developed to support Cook Children’s new 760,000 SF West Patient Care Tower, for which Broaddus & Associates also provided project management services. The project is a key component of Cook Children’s 10-year plan to expand and enhance its Fort Worth medical campus.
