The project included the warehouse facility, associated parking, and a 1.2-acre detention pond, supporting the operational needs of the development.

As field representative, Broaddus & Associates conducted site visits and oversaw construction activities to ensure compliance with safety and building codes while monitoring schedule, quality, and overall project progress. The project was developed for Pennybacker Capital, LLC, a real asset private equity firm focused on investments in select high-growth markets across the United States.
