Founded in 1969, Mensor Corporation designs and manufactures high-accuracy measuring and calibration instruments for the precision pressure instrumentation market. In 2013, Mensor retained Broaddus & Associates to assist with the expansion of its San Marcos, Texas headquarters. The project included a new 45,000 SF insulated tilt-wall facility adjacent to the company’s existing 25,000 SF metal building, consolidating manufacturing, engineering, accounting, and sales operations.

The existing facility was nearly 40 years old and no longer supported Mensor’s anticipated production, testing, and manufacturing needs. The aging building also presented increasing maintenance demands and high energy costs. Broaddus & Associates helped deliver a state-of-the-art facility with mechanical and structural systems capable of supporting advanced precision testing and manufacturing, while improving operational efficiency, productivity, and the overall work environment.
