Broaddus & Associates served as program manager for SISD’s $83.3 million Seguin High School project, which added 345,804 SF of new construction and renovated 97,195 SF of existing facilities. The campus includes an 880-seat Performing Arts Center, black box theater, athletic facilities, classrooms, science labs, cafeteria, and the Learning Innovation Space.

Broaddus & Associates provided preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, design and constructability reviews, and full project management through closeout. Careful phasing and value engineering allowed construction to continue while school remained in operation, ultimately delivering the project on budget and in time for the 2017 fall semester.
