Broaddus & Associates was selected to provide staff augmentation and program management services for TCU’s capital improvement program. A key project was a 61,000 SF, two-story, 700-seat concert hall and classroom building that brings the university’s music programs together in a signature campus destination. The facility includes the Van Cliburn Concert Hall, large rehearsal spaces, practice rooms, teaching studios, and support spaces.

Broaddus & Associates provided pre-construction oversight, estimating, design and constructability reviews, and full project management through construction. The facility creates a state-of-the-art environment for music education and performance, supporting TCU students, faculty, and the broader Fort Worth community.
