Broaddus & Associates provided program management services for Alamo Colleges’ $450 million bond program, including the development of the two-story Performing Arts Center at Northeast Lakeview College. The facility supports the college’s fine arts and music programs with specialized spaces for instruction, rehearsal, and performance.

The steel-framed facility features a 50-foot fly loft and an exterior of brick, glass, metal panels, and canopies. Interior spaces include three studios, a ceramics studio with an outdoor kiln, music rehearsal and practice rooms, vocal and percussion halls, classrooms, and a graphics arts lab, creating a comprehensive environment for arts education.
