Broaddus & Associates provided project management services for the City of Pass Christian’s police station and emergency operations center, overseeing planning, programming, site selection, design, and construction. The multifunctional facility includes emergency operations space, holding cells, meeting rooms, offices, storage, kitchen and break areas, and restrooms.

Funded through FEMA Public Assistance, FEMA Section 404 HMGP, and insurance, the facility was designed to meet FEMA-361 shelter standards and withstand 200-mph winds. It also includes redundant emergency systems, including a generator, potable water well, and underground sanitary holding tank, ensuring continued operation during disasters.
