Broaddus & Associates is providing project management services to the City of Benbrook, TX, for a $27 million, 35,000-SF Municipal Complex. The two-story facility will include City Hall, Police Department, Senior Citizen’s Center, Municipal Court, city offices, and a Visitor’s Center, along with outdoor amenities such as greenspace, a water feature, and band shell.

Recommended in the City’s 2020 Comprehensive Plan, the project will replace aging municipal buildings, consolidate services, reduce long-term maintenance costs, and support downtown redevelopment. Broaddus & Associates is managing the project from RFQ development and Design-Build Team selection through design, construction, and final acceptance.
