Broaddus & Associates is providing project management services to the City of Benbrook, TX, for a new $27M Municipal Complex that includes a City Hall and the Police Department. The new 2-story, 35,000-SF facility will also house a Senior Citizen’s Center, Municipal Court, City Hall Offices, and a Visitor’s Center. Planned outdoor amenities include a large greenspace for picnics/relaxation, a water feature for public enjoyment, and a band shell for festivals and events.

The Municipal Complex was recommended as a part of the City’s updated 2020 Comprehensive Plan to replace several existing municipal buildings, and to act as an anchor for future development. The facility will resolve current building failure issues, consolidate several city services for a one-stop shop experience for citizens, save future repair/maintenance costs, and provide a redevelopment opportunity for a Benbrook downtown.

Our project team is assisting the city in all stages of the project, from developing the RFQ for the Design-Build Team and managing all aspects of the project through final acceptance.
