Broaddus & Associates served as Project Manager/Owner’s Representative for Haltom City’s new Law Enforcement Center, developing a comprehensive master plan, program, and basis of design in just three months. The team coordinated the owner, city staff, users, design-builder, and designers to establish a functional facility and a public design standard for future city developments.

Broaddus & Associates used detailed cost planning to maximize value and maintain the budget while proactively advancing procurement for specialized IT, audio-visual, security, and equipment systems. The final design was within 200 SF of the original program, remained within budget, and was delivered ahead of schedule.
