Williamson County Government Central Texas Events Complex Master Plan & Feasibility Study

Broaddus & Associates was retained by a joint task force comprising Williamson County, the City of Georgetown and the Georgetown Independent School District to prepare a feasibility study and conceptual master plan for a proposed multipurpose events complex to serve the Central Texas region of Williamson County. The study resulted in a master plan for 206-acres of recreation fields, specialty events facilities, and supporting parking and open space.

The project scope included: identification of all major program elements; preparation of a preliminary site master plan; identification of additional land acquisition requirements; establishing preliminary project budget parameters; analysis of organizational options for creating a managing entity; consideration of financing and delivery method options; a shared-use benefit analysis; an implementation/phasing plan; and preparation and presentation of a final document of findings to assist in garnering community-wide project support.
